PSP Products, Inc. (PSP) was formed by Mary Ann Bendinelli as a 100% woman-owned business. The company has its headquarters in Manassas, VA with a branch office in Salt Lake City, UT. The main focus of supplying distribution channels with power protection, power conditioning and power continuation equipment has not been deviated from since the company's inception in 1993.

PSP markets its products through utilities, distributors, builders and electrical contractors. The marketing philosophy has been to provide power conditioning products at a price that enables the industry to resale at a reasonable margin and realize a fair profit. To accomplish this, the company offers products under its own Vortexx™ name and also partners with major manufacturers. PSP provides private labeling for clients who desire to resell under their own trademark name. Although the company installs back up generation for local utilities, it does not sell retail except in areas where there is no PSP representation.
