PSP Products, Inc. offers the builder an opportunity to sell a home with back up generation installed. If the development meets our criteria, PSP will install a properly sized transfer switch to make the home “generator ready" or install an entire emergency back up system on the spec home.
The builder can offer different packages as an "add-on" to make his home more attractive to prospective buyers and increase profit. A 10-12kW back up emergency generator can be installed for as little as $28 a month on a 5.6% fixed rate 30 year mortgage.
Whole Home Surge Protection can be added for as little as $3.00 a month. This is a surge protection plan that would cover all household electrical items that are hard wired or plugged in. It would cover well pumps, pool pumps, garage door openers and security systems. There is no homeowner deductible and no depreciation. We work with in partnership with participating utilities to offer this program. |
