I'd like to have me know that tech support was more than outstanding, I had the opportunity to work with Steve today on troubleshooting an issue that I was dealing with and not only did we come out on top but I had even learned a few things along the way. We were able to have a KGC1 work with a TCRM Briggs & Stratton automatic transfer switch, when we hit an issue with the generator shutting down prior to retransfer to utility Steve was able to guide me and the return to utility time delay.Nothing but Quality Parts and exceptional staff. We've installed these PSP Load Management devices for numerous EV Charger systems. Saving our clients hundreds of dollars and more, by not having to upgrade their electrical service. These devices are compact, easy to install and easy to program.

Ethan and team @PSP Products have been incredible to work with throughout our entire professional relationship. I own an electrical contracting company in south TX and we highly recommend surge protectors from PSP to all of our customers. We have installed hundreds of them on customer's homes and commercial properties. PSP is very easy to work with and it is always a breeze to place an order with them. Friendly customer service and very fast order processing. We typically receive our bulk orders in less than a week from time of order placement, which is MUCH faster than many of our other material suppliers. Not to mention the surge protectors themselves are very easy to install and they work fantastically. We have never had a problem with one and they successfully protect each home we install one on. We will continue to use PSP as one of our product suppliers.
