I'd like to have me know that tech support was more than outstanding, I had the opportunity to work with Steve today on troubleshooting an issue that I was dealing with and not only did we come out on top but I had even learned a few things along the way. We were able to have a KGC1 work with a TCRM Briggs & Stratton automatic transfer switch, when we hit an issue with the generator shutting down prior to retransfer to utility Steve was able to guide me and the return to utility time delay.Nothing but Quality Parts and exceptional staff. I own an electrical contracting company in south TX and we highly recommend surge protectors from PSP to all of our customers.
